15 Functional Analysts Retail Banking (m/f)

We look for people who are willing to listen to our clients, have an analytical mindset and are able to translate business requirements into functional specifications in the context of large and complex ICT – projects, especially in Retail Banking.

As a Functional Analyst in Retail Banking you will join the existing CSC-team and perform consulting missions with clients in the banking industry.

Your role:

  • Departing from the process descriptions and business requirements, you will detail and write the functional specifications and business rules for software applications to support ( retail ) banking processes
  • You will facilitate meetings with clients to gather and structure the functional specifications
  • You actively participate together with the client in finding the right solutions by presenting clear descriptions and pro’s and contra’s of each possible solution
  • You can also participate in the functional testing process in order to verify the compliancy of the functional specifications by testing the software applications
Profile: 
  • You have a higher education background and 2 to 12 years experience as a functional analyst preferably in  a retail banking or financial services company ;
  • Good Knowledge of the functional modelling standard UML or are eager to acquire this competence 
  • Knowledge of one or more of the main ICT Application architectures (IBM Mainframe, .NET, J2EE)
  • You have strong communication, interpersonal and entrepreneurial skills, you are capable of working with our clients in English, Dutch and French.
