Senior Business Consultant / Project Manager SAP CO
- You have an in-depth business knowledge in the area of controlling, management reporting and integrated process combined with excellent SAP project experience.
- You contribute to the end-to-end project implementations, ranging from the definition of the blue print to the hyper care support and with an in-depth customization.
- From the initial project definition stages all through the rollout: everything happens in close collaboration with the client teams and requires a client oriented way of working. Both the account management and the on-project account development are part of the responsibilities.
- Coaching and motivating more junior consultants in the execution of their tasks is an integral part of this function, along with the assistance of the selection of new colleagues.
Profile:
- At least 5 years successful experience in consulting or working on SAP projects in the industry.
- Good knowledge of SAP CO: CO-CCA, CO-OPA, CO-PA, EC-PCA, CO-PC; SAP FI, New G/L ideally combined with knowledge of SD, MM and PP integration. PS knowledge is an asset.
- Thorough experience with working on a SAP designing project- aligning and optimizing business processes in order to ensure an optimal end-client service combined with a sound understanding on the function specific processes and on how the business models work.
- Proven client empathy, action oriented, results driven and a "can do" attitude in meeting challenges.
- Outstanding coaching skills, people management abilities combined with strong organizational and planning skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and professional image.
- Respect, integrity and innovation are part of your cores values.
- Very good knowledge of English, Dutch and French.
