As a Business Consultant Utilities, you will be integrated in the existing team of consultants and perform consulting tasks with existing clients in the Utilities industry. Our approach is industry based and covers all service offerings.

• You analyze and document clients’ processes and business requirements for software applications.
• You construct conceptual data, business rules and process models.
• You provide business process and re-engineering support to Utilities companies.
• You facilitate meetings with clients to gather and document requirements and explore potential solutions.
• You participate in workgroups and work sessions with business and technical consultants to explore business process improvements and re-engineering opportunities.
• You guide the client’s organization through the implementation and transformation process.
• You identify new competencies and services to be developed to improve CSC’s service offering and market presence.
• You facilitate in training and support marketing activities.
• You manage and guide implementations of CSC’s solution framework in areas such as billing and customer care, work force management, product definition and order management, e-business and other operational support systems.

Profile:

• You have a university degree.
• You have minimum 4 years (project based) experience in the Utilities sector (consulting or business).
• Experience with packaged IT solutions (such as ERP) is not mandatory but will be appreciated.
• You have a deep understanding of business processes and demonstrate a good knowledge of product and industry knowledge in Utilities.
• You are able to support business development and take responsibilities in larger projects.
• You are proactive and a team player with strong communication skills.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
• You possess very good writing and presentation skills.
• You are familiar with the use of methods and tools.
