As a Senior Change Management Expert, you will be integrated in the change management team. You guide companies through large transformation programs, while ensuring an effective change strategy and communication plan. You help our clients, to mobilize the organization, to manage expectations and to involve the most relevant stakeholders. You clarify the future roles and responsibilities and you prepare all employees to become self-reliant after the go-live. Our clients are large organizations, active in different sectors such as public services, industry, services market and financial services.

• You design the organizations based on analysis, charts and different alternative scenarios.
• You manage coaching, training and employee development.
• You handle process & organization deployment.
• You transform a company into a learning organization, providing training & documentation.
• You involve, convince and manage the stakeholders.
• You set up a communication plan that provides support during the different phases of the transformation.

Profile

• You have 5 or more years experience in a change management role (consulting or business).
• You have a deep understanding of overall business processes combined with proven experience in change programs (organization design, communication & organizational change, facilitation of training programs).
• You have a university degree.
• Experience with packaged IT solutions (such as ERP) is not mandatory but will be appreciated.
• You are able to support business development and take responsibilities in larger projects.
• You are proactive and a team player with strong communication skills.
• You are fluent in English, Dutch and French.
