Consulting Academy at CSC

CSC has established the Consulting Academy for new associate professionals joining the company to help them integrate smoothly. They first participate in an induction program consisting of general information sessions, a teambuilding event and training courses related to the role of consultant.

During their first year, they will also get the opportunity to attend events on mentoring and coaching as well as to share their first experiences and feedback during a dedicated forum event. The learning curriculum for associate professionals has been designed to support a steep learning curve and help them build professional abilities and confidence. It includes amongst others the Communication & Leadership Academy @ CSC, some mandatory e-learning courses, etc.

Junior Recruitment Assessment Days: concept

CSC organizes several Junior Recruitment Days.
Candidates will go through the whole process of Selection and Assessment in a half day:
This allows them to:

• learn more about CSC and our activities, challenges & the Consulting Academy
• have a better understanding of our business by trying to solve a short business case scenario
• meet with a few of us and get a first impression of our culture
